L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon is now open at the Casino de Montréal, the biggest casino in Canada. The kitchens operate under the direction of Stéphane Galibert, who is supported by a team that is as passionate and attentive to detail as he is. Similarly to several the other concept restaurants, the décor was designed by Pierre-Yves Rochon.
The casino is celebrating its 25 th anniversary and Restaurant Pavillon 67 wants to make sure we're all part of the celebrations. The Casino restaurant is in a very singular location on Île Notre-Dame, a natural oasis at the heart of an urban landscape. In summer, the restaurant terrace provides a breathtaking setting, while in winter, snowy landscapes deliver a completely different experience. Île Notre-Dame holds special meaning for Montrealers, as it was the home of the 1967 World’s Fair

Easy to access by a combination of the Metro and a shuttle bus, Casino de Montreal is the place where those who love games of chance can find a really good time. The first thing that will get your attention when you first see the Casino de Montreal is the design and size of the building.
The casino is the largest casino in Canada and when you see it you will have no doubt. The casino is comprised of 3 buildings which are joined together the centre building has 6 floors.
The architecture is interesting. From certain angles it looks like a cruise liner whilst from other angles it looks like some type of giant fan. When driving on the highway especially at night it looks very inviting as it is all lit up. The architectural style is something known as deconstructivism and makes for some very interesting effects.
